We Have A New Online Payment Provider
July 16th, 2018
UPDATE: November 26, 2018
We are pleased to share the news that our online payment provider, K12 Payment Center, has launched a mobile app that will allow users to manage their accounts. The app is available in the App Store and via Google Play.
The company touts the app as a way that, “parents can easily make payments online with a credit or debit card, schedule automatic payments, set up low balance alerts, and much more!”
We hope that this new resource makes your experience even easier and more convenient.

We have made a change in the provider that we are using to process online payments for student meal accounts. We’ve made a change to utilize a system called K12 Payment Center (click to visit the site and create an account). It’s a change that we believe will provide the families we serve a better and easier experience. We realize that changes come with questions, and so we’ll address a couple that have come up in the process. If you have any other questions, please feel free to email us and we’ll get back to you ASAP.
QUESTIONS ABOUT THE NEW ONLINE PAYMENT SYSTEM
Do I need to set up a new account if I already had one with the old system, PayPams? Yes, you do. Signing up is quick and easy, and so is the new system. You can click here to create an account.
My child had a positive balance at the end of the previous school year. Will that balance transfer to the new system? Yes! If you have a balance left from our former system, that balance will automatically transfer to the new system. Transferring the previous balance may take up to 24 hours. The new system will initially find the student and show a $0 balance, but after several hours, the system will sync to our new database and pull in the previous balance.
